Before making a return please make a claim. Do not send items back to us without a return authorization form or it will be refused. To return an item, contact us at: Info@TheDiamondMall.com.

Every product you buy from this website must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for replacement. All returns must be placed in the original box in which purchased. No CODs will be accepted. Please pay for the shipping of your returned items to us. This will protect your ability to receive credit on returned items that are damaged en route. Refunds and credits issued within 60 days of return.
